Candy Stick Fire

FVFD received a structure fire call at the Candy Stick on Main Street around 7:30am. Mutual aid was immediately called for with crews from Fortuna, Loleta, Eureka and Cal-Fire responding. The fire was kept mostly contained to the front portion of the Candy Stick building, although the Palace and the rear apartments suffered some water and smoke damage.
